My hair was not cut straight at all and my split ends were not trimmed at all. My layers are all over the place and the lady that cut my hair couldn't speak english. no heat protection or product was used on my hair and the initial offer of a hair treatment wasn't used? I am so upset about my hair especially as i am so busy i don't have time to even go get it sorted. I really hope the salon re think what they are doing. Overall everyone was friendly and it was a clean looking salon.But It wasn't a very good experience and i don't even want to go back to have it fixed as i don't trust them

Ruined my hair, balyage was absolutely terrible, the hairdresser spent max 5 mins asking me for my preferences and did what She wanted. The result is yellow roots and bleached ends - complete waste of time and a lot of stress (I'm actually embarrassed to go to work like this). I will be going to another salon soon to try and rectify what's been done to my hair. The haircut took her 10 mins, ok with the results though.

The stylist was very rough and kept pulling my hair the whole time, which was rather unpleasant. Instead of asking me to move, she would pull my hair in the direction she wanted me to move my head. The fact she could not speak a word of English made it extremely difficult to communicate as well. I got a half head of foils and had specifically asked for fine, natural highlights, but instead I ended up with thick stripes. When blow drying my hair, the stylist kept scraping my face with the hair brush multiple times. Luckily a different stylist cut my hair, who did a great job, but overall I still had an awful experience and would most definitely not go back to this salon.
