I have been to Gravity before and been happy with my haircut (with Jason). This time I had a different stylist and was really disappointed. As soon as I arrived my hair was washed, rather than taking a minute to actually ask what I wanted and look at my hair to see how it naturally sits etc. I had a deep conditioning treatment but the stylist didn't actually check that the heater I was sat under was turned on, so that was probably a waste of 10 mins sitting there. The haircut itself felt rushed. I wanted relaxed beachy waves (I showed her several pictures) but instead was given huge crazy curls that I felt embarrassed to be seen in public with. No heat protectant or product was used before the blow dry, so my hair is quite frizzy. I left feeling really disappointed and probably won't return.

Gina did a really good job with my hair cut, following what I asked for. The blow dry was great - lots of compliments. Deal included a condition so I was expecting a treatment but I just had the normal conditioner left on for longer, so I was a bit disappointed here, but overall good.
