I got a great haircut at Gravity. Jason has been cutting hair all his life and he gave me some great tips about how to manage it. So good to have my hair cut by someone who knows what they're doing!

I had an issue with changing my original appointment on the day with Jason, I had to go hospital due to a personal health issue, took longer than expected. So, I was being given a chance to reschedule my appointment but pay £20 charge as I didn't go to my appointment time/day (I payed £34 on treatwell, so total is £54). My haircut was really good, really like it! Fadi done a great job at the wash and cut :) . Apart from this, I feel Jason should of been understanding and more friendlier on the phone to me on the day, I was going back and forth with this hairdresser on the phone and it wasn't getting resolved. Overall, I'm happy I went along with it, I am content!. I would come back!
