Arrived and it seemed they didn't know I had booked an appointment via Treatwell. Took me to wash my hair immediately without looking at it try or asking what I wanted. Final result was nothing like I'd asked for. Hairdresser tried to correct but wasn't able to do much. Left really unsatisfied. Overpriced and nothing special at all. Didn't even offer me a glass of water on arrival. Avoid avoid!

Not super well lit as you go towards the back of the shop. Was left unattended a couple times during the haircut since there was no receptionist. Did not feel very listened to, but the cut came out fine.
