1. No aircon in the salon, the humidity made my hair frizzy.
2. No complimentary services (tea/coffee, which isn't a big deal, but I thought most places offered this).
3. The stylist took 4+ inches off instead of the 2 I asked for.
4. The stylist also missed a huge portion of my hair. (Wet/un-styled) And I had to return 10 mins after I was "done," to get it fixed.
5. The stylist was polite, but not approachable. Despite a decent cut, I think they lack experience with POC hair types.
