Went in with a clear idea of what I wanted, the lady suggested an alternative, I went with what she suggested assuming the hairdresser would know what was best given the description of what I said I wanted. But came out with something different. The guy on the front desk was almost rude (think he was just un-friendly) and I wasn’t offered a drink while I sat and waited. Felt it was very expensive for the experience I received
