This was my first visit. Gina was a delight and very professional. There was a very relaxed atmosphere and I actually enjoyed myself which is unusual for me in the hairdressers. I was at the launch of my book in the evening and had so many compliments. I have decided to switch from my hairdresser in Chelsea of many years standing and go to Gravity instead, less expensive and a better hair cut. Thanks all.

Really good! Not super expensive but not cheap either. Olaplex is maybe a rip off, not sure it did much. BUT would definitely recommend the balyage!
