Really bad experience for an incredibly overpriced haircut. Haircut far far too short beyond what I asked for multiple times. Paid for balayage got a few badly done highlights with hairdresser cutting off far too much of the colour in their snap happy haircut. No proper consultation, passed between hairdressers. Was at end of day and really got the feeling they just wanted to finish - they had my money already so could do the bare minimum. I have paid £20 for a better haircut elsewhere, should have done that in this instance. Feel very upset and angry with the haircut, colour and general service provided. Was given the reason that my hair was ‘too straight’ for why colour looked bad - surely experienced hairdressers will be used to straight hair? Feel thoroughly ripped off and wish I hadn’t booked through Treatwell as otherwise I would not have paid for what I got, hope Treatwell are able to refund me. As for the salon - it’s nothing special at all for the price, two hairdressers working between multiple clients, making you feel like you can’t make suggestions for your hair and seemingly taking things as insults when you want to give direction. Loud music playing, really really hot inside on a summers day.
So unhappy with my hair and feel really miserable and stupid that I paid such an extortionate price for something I hate so much. in any other instance where given the option to pay after I would have refused.
