Went to cut and colour my hair after the easing of lockdown. I saved money for the first time to dye my hair at the hairdressers to achieve better results but that was a big mistake and great waste of money. Brown patches left at the very front and side , asked for orange and got burgundy even after 10 washes and the haircut is crooked and not what I asked. the hairdresser had to ask questions on how to dye my hair from the owner, in front of me. Very sad :( Bad results that people notice

I regularly attend Gravity in Ladbroke Grove. I was alertred to my need for a haircut by a timely e=mail appointment and made the appointment in person on my next outdoor trip. Jason looked after my haircut on time and as a lways I was made to feel welcome in this excellent salon
