The stylist was lovely and gave a nice cut and colour. Was very expensive considering it took an hour less than the estimated time required. I was only offered one tea, nothing else during the duration. I paid for a blow dry but they used tongs instead which wasnt what I wanted. But my hair looks nice and healthy and I am happy with the actual cut and colour. Also to note I paid for Balyage and Ombre but just got a standard all over colour out in which took only 10 mins to do.
