Ela was the best professional ever even though I was late for my appointment I told her that I would be late she rebooked it. I was so grateful! Massage started 20mins late so I was stressed about my parking but she did apologise. There was no atmosphere, no music playing so all I could hear was phones ringing,loud traffic so very hard to relax. actual massage technique was good
