I had a severe hip injury, and my doctor suggested surgery. Instead, I chose L, an exceptional traditional Thai massage therapist, for non-invasive therapy and stretches. L’s lifelong dedication to this practice is evident. She believes the body can repair itself with proper support, using deep stretches to target soft tissues and muscles for rejuvenation. Sessions are painful but effective. In weeks, my mobility improved, pain decreased. Recommended for natural healing
