I got to the venue for my appointment - was a complete waste of time as the staff had no idea that anyone was coming in for their nails. It’s a hair salon with a nail facility, but with no nail technician and no ability to locate her. They said she hadn’t been seen in quite a while and were very surprised I had been able to book via Treatwell! So whilst the chap was very apologetic (hence the 5* for staff), I didn’t have the service done - so can’t give anything above 1* for anywhere else.
I would have pre booked somewhere else if I would have known, and ended up not finding anywhere else with any space, which meant I not only completely wasted my time, but wasn’t able to get the service or be ready in time for the event I had!
