Lucia was AMAZING! The salon was running slightly late, and it meant Lucia hadn't had a proper break when I arrived at 5pm for my appointment. But this didn't stop her from being extremely kind and polite, talkative as ever & really considerate of the type of hairstyle I wanted. She looked at the example pictures, gave her personal opinion about what she thought would look best & went on to give me one of the best haircuts I've ever received! Really enjoyed this trip & would definitely go back!
