I had my hair booked for a full head of highlights at your salon. I asked for blonde highlights and showed a reference picture. My hair was not highlighted and I was not informed that it wouldn’t be highlighted at the start of the appointment, my hair was dyed but it was not the colour I asked for at all and left my roots a brassy ginger colour when I requested blonde. I feel extremely upset and disappointed with this service and when I mentioned the colour of my roots my opinion was invalidated

I really enjoyed my haircut with Sara! She really listened to what I wanted and made some additional suggestions that would compliment by hair type and face shape. She also kindly applied a toner to my hair which really refreshed the colour and added to the finished look. Throughout the treatment, Sara was warm and friendly. I felt my hair was in safe hands and I was very pleased with the finished result!
