The lady who did my hair was really lovely and offered a drink right as I sat down. Had the most wonderful head massage when having my hair washed and she cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone!

An awful experience. I asked for 3 inches off with long layers, face framing pieces and a slight v shape at the back. Layla cut 9 inches off and in a completely different style to what I asked for. I ended up with a shaggy, choppy, short hairstyle. I felt she didn’t understand me from the beginning and her service was poor with very little communication and rough hair brushing. I received a refund but will not be returning. A literal nightmare.
