I have been having my hair done at Graffiti for the past 2 years, usually having my hair done by Violeta (who does an incredible job)! As Violeta was not available I booked in with Sara, who I had watched previously do some gorgeous hair cuts whilst having my hair done with Violeta. I am always a bit apprehensive changing hair stylist but Sara did a perfect job - I was so happy with the results and she is absolutely lovely which is always a bonus!

Highlights came not light enough and after 2 weeks look dull.
Haircut is bad, imposible to style.
Came back after to Violeta to fix it, but end-up with humiliation in front of other consumers and hairdressers. Less improvement and even shorter hairstyle.
Now left with misery, bad hairstyle and &140£ bill.
I believe that hairdresser should be consumer oriented and be more understanding.
Not going to comeback

Hairdresser is not capable to work with short hair. Highlights didn’t come-up as light as I expected, despite I have visited this hairdressing second time. After two weeks colour looks dull and dirty.
Haircut was uneven, not finished, is hard to style at home.
I came back to Violeta to redo colour and cut. Job was not improved, she rushed to get rid of me, haircut came-up even shorter and after all she humiliated me in front of other hairdresser and consumers.
