Layla was concentrating more on singing to the music than doing my hair. As a result it looked very frizzy at the bottom and flat on top. Rather than fixing it Layla blamed poor result on my hair type. Made a very insensitive comment that I don't have much hair. Needs to learn how to deal with fine color treated hair and speak to customers nicely, not rude and abrupt.
