I selected " reassuring" for my review because although I have been to Gracie's Touch for various treatments, I had never had eyelashes applied. I was a little apprehensive about the process and how they would turn out because this was for a special occasion. Gracie listened attentively to my concerns and did everything to make sure I felt comfortable with what the treatment entailed. She used fine, simple discreet lashes which was just what I wanted. I am very happy with the result.

I had such a great experience with Gracie! She was incredibly kind, professional, and really attentive throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible and was very accommodating when it came to managing pain, which I really appreciated.
