My first visit to Gracie B was a happy experience! Eleanor listened to how I would like my haircut and discussed preferred length and layers. Eleanor was friendly and also showed a professional attitude when I expressed my concerns regarding a previous cut elsewhere. I would be happy for Eleanor to cut and blow dry my hair again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Salon had a great feel to it and was very clean and tidy. Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others!

The Swedish Massage for the full body was conducted in a lovely spacious and quiet room. A heated under blanket was available and I chose to have this on and it really helped me to warm up and relax on a rather wet/rainy day. I was asked if the pressure of the massage was strong enough and I found it was perfect. I will certainly treat myself again in the future.

Had a really great experience here today. Eleanor listened to what I wanted but also offered suggestions when I wasn’t sure. Overall I’m really happy with the results! Finally feel I’ve found a great hairdresser that I’ll be coming back to.
