I’ve been going to Charlotte for over a year now for my nails & I’d never go anywhere else! She’s incredible and makes it a lovely experience and I always love my nails. But more than that she’s so friendly and personable.

My gel nail treatment was poor. It was rushed. No toe separators used. I can see through the polish that was applied and I still have some of the polish left underneath that I had on.
