First time at Graceful by Charlotte Seddon and honestly the whole experience was amazing!!! All of the staff were friendly and inviting, the salon is cosy and welcoming, not clinical like many other salons, and the treatments were second to none. I couldn’t find any fault even if I tried, will definitely be going back and have already recommended it to many family and friends.
