Lisa was excellent and I love my haircut. She really listened to me and solved an ongoing issue I've had with my hair (which other hairdressers haven't managed to do!).
She was very friendly, calm, and clearly incredibly skilled and experienced.
It was my first appointment here but I will be going back.

The girls at Graceful are SO lovely and welcoming. I was a new client but felt like I’d been coming for years. Charlotte made me feel more than comfortable for a bikini wax too which is exactly what you need! Would highly recommend!
