First time at Graceful for holiday treatments.
From the minute I walked through the door the ladies were so friendly and welcoming particularly Faye who I chatted with during my pedicure. My waxing was so quick and less painful than others I've had in the past elsewhere - very professional and nothing was too much trouble - I won't be hesitating to come back.

My regular slots are always so lovely. Charlotte is amazing at what she does and feels more like visiting a friend! Georgia, Lyndsay are fab. Faye gave me the most seamless tan experience ever, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I won't be changing beauticians and so glad I found this beauty when I did x thank you all!
