First time at Graceful for holiday treatments.
From the minute I walked through the door the ladies were so friendly and welcoming particularly Faye who I chatted with during my pedicure. My waxing was so quick and less painful than others I've had in the past elsewhere - very professional and nothing was too much trouble - I won't be hesitating to come back.
