I arrived c.10 min early for my 30 min treatment. Someone let me in and told me to take a seat and then left the building. I was then ignored for the next 25 min. (The one beautician and her client were sat right in front of me, so they knew I was there). I got up to leave 15 min after my appointment start time and told them not the bother. It was only at that point that I was acknowledge and they asked what my name and appointment time was.
