I love going to Graceful. They always do a fab job of my nails and are all really friendly. I find that the filing goes through me so they always reassure me and try to get through it as quickly as possible.

Booked gel manicure 1hr with staff who does nail art. Arrived,was told I was with staff who can’t do nail art.Asked to swap to who I booked with,was told she had a client due+there wouldn’t be time. No other clients came.
At the end I asked what I should’ve booked. She showed a diff bit of the website with nail art 55mins.This proved time was enough,I pointed out she’d been available as no one else arrived. No effort to accommodate despite their error.Will not come again as I feel I was lied to

I love this salon and have been going for years. I went for gel nails this time when I usually have BIAB and they haven't lasted as long but this is my own fault for booking the wrong treatment as I know gel never lasts as long on my nails.
