This was my first visit to Charlotte, but it won’t be my last. Charlotte was very welcoming and answered all my questions, she clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the treatment. Charlotte worked efficiently and skillfully making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I’m thrilled with how my nails look, and really pleased that I’ve found Charlotte at Graceful (which incidentally, is a very short walk from home).
