Chantelle was very friendly and personable. I wanted my nails as short as possible and anticipated that they would be clipped to achieve this. Chantelle filed my nails and asked if they were short enough. I asked for them shorter so she filed them down further. My nails were still longer than expected. Chantelle said she cannot file them more. Without rinsing/washing my hands and thus leaving a residue of nail debris, Chantelle put a moisturiser on my hands which left my hands feeling grainy.

I really look forward to my appointments with Charlotte at the Graceful Salon. There is a lovely atmosphere and all members of staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, she goes out of her way to make sure you receive exactly what i want in the way of length, colour, etc and I often receive compliments about how lovely my nails look. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Graceful Salon to any of my friends.
