Grace is a highly skilled and professional therapist. She uses a variety of methods and techniques to address specific injuries and to work with the meridians in the body, opening blockages and rebalancing & reenergising the entire body. I’ve had treatment from Grace for many years now for a whole variety of issues and she always helps me and makes me feel physically better. Highly recommended.

Whilst I originally booked acupuncture, after my initial consultation, Grace suggested I would benefit more from MRT & cupping. Grace clearly outlined what this would involve and ensured throughout the treatment that I was comfortable. The treatment was honestly transformative. After seeing many other types of practitioners with no improvement, I left really feeling a difference in areas which have held tension for years and pain I’ve had in my hip for months, greatly improved!
