I’ve been wanting to try reflexology for so long and wasn’t sure what to expect but Grace made me feel at ease and really listened to where I was struggling with pain and tension. My lower back pain improved significantly after my first visit, yesterday we focused more on my neck and shoulders and I’m just so excited to see how my day to day life improves. She’s lovely and so knowledgeable, I won’t go anywhere else for my reflexology and just so pleased I booked that first appointment
