I think I found “my place”. Grace has a stunning salon, you can see that she treats her business really seriously. Everything is really clean and tidy, stylish design and details very thought through, aromatic candles, all the equipment set up properly and clean. Grace was really nice, she made me feel safe and comfortable, she tried to distract me by asking lots of questions so I don’t think about pain during waxing. She applied different products to my skin to moisturise and desinfect, she also applied something to stop ingrown hairs. She tapped the areas where she has just removed hairs to help me deal with the pain. Overall, a great experience, I felt like I entered a VIP Beauty parlour, and were treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Definitely recommend.
