I request a pixi hair cut long. I showed the photo the hair cut I want. She didn't listen and when I tried to get her atention she get defensive and rude. In my opinion she need to follow what I want overall she is there to satisfied my needs and I am paying for the service. The result was catastrophic my hair is very short.she didn't wet the hair to cut and she use a method to cut that is pointing the hair not cutting. Was oʻa very unpleasant service. I would not recommend it.

I was ripped off big time-the online price was £20 and I was charged £55 beard trim +hair wash cost me £35!!??

I want to start rid by saying grace was a pleasure she customer service during the service was amazing and I had a wonderful experience with her. However I didn’t get want I wanted the silk press had too much product which made the hair stiff and greasy.
