I booked in for a gel manicure and eyebrow threading. An hour before my appointment I was told the person that usually does the gel manicure wasn’t in and that they would still be able to do a classic manicure. The eyebrow threading was good but the manicure wasn’t. My hands was put under the UV lamp more than 20x and the nail polish did not dry. I was there for over 2hours and the nail polish came off that evening. The lady was VERY nice but the service was disappointing. No refund was offered
