I loved that the Manager Fahima has a very pleasant and welcoming manor. Always making sure the clients were comfortable and offered beverages. The only downfall on the day I had attend was that some staff was late so appointment time started late.

The lady did a nice thorough wax. However when I went in she told me bikini wax would cost an extra £10. I disputed this as normally a full body wax includes this. Then she said on this occasion she would do it. Awkward

Massage was good. Staff was very rude and unfriendly and I got shouted at when I explained my situation about the poor pedicure that I recieved. Appalled with how they treat their clients I wouldn’t recommend this spa for anyone. Save your money and go else where!

A clean and bright salon that aims to provide friendly and bespoke customer service. This salon understands how busy daily life can be and that's why they are open seven days a week. The aim here is to give you exactly what you want and customer service above everything else.

Based in a convenient area, the salon it's a couple of minutes' walk from Hounslow West station and also offer free parking outside the venue.
