I had at first a little bit of not good experience, but after 6 month of lockdown,it’s ok to be a bit rusty.
So went back and Tee fixed my nails and she was beyond attentive and provided amazing customer service. This is what I care about, I want to be appreciated and have the personal touch. She even gifted me cuticle oil and a gift card. I think these girls are so amazing and lovely. I also got great nails. So will go back, I’m super happy.

The lady giving me the manicure seemed like she has never done it before, kept looking at her colleagues work to follow the steps. She kept using her own (!) nail to scratch out excess nail polish from under my nails (didn't use gloves or clean equipment) seems unacceptable during covid. Once she was done I realized one of her hair is stuck under my polish (?!) so effectively I had to get them redone the next day. I hope it was a one-time off event cause it was busy after lockdown ease...

My therapist did not speak English. She couldn’t understand what I wanted. She stabbed my nail bed with her instruments. The finish on my nails had streaks.
