Manicure was extremely rushed and my nails were filed so so short and uneven. Really disappointed as I booked for a special occasion and I'm gutted with how my nails look. There was a queue of customers and it just felt sloppy because of the rush. I sadly won't be returning.

The pedicure was extremely short and so rushed that she ended up not waiting long enough for the polish to dry and had to redo all the nails. Very dissatisfying service!

I was treated by 3 different people. The middle member of staff cut off skin around two fingers which are still hurting and bled at the time. She told me it was because I had dry hands (I don’t at all). The owner seems really nice but unfortunately the other staff kind of look like they can’t wait to get it over with and go so fast they cause injury. It wasn’t like a manicure i’ve ever had before, done in minutes. The tools were quickly wiped with a damp tissue before and after use.
