I always go and I love it. But this time the person was talking on the phone for the whole appointment and left my nails to sharpe, one had is shorter than the other. Really disappointed because for 1:30m and the price, I expected more.

Honestly I would not recommend getting Biab here. I went when my normal technician was off and they ruined my nails. Recently went back to my nail tech and she was shocked at the state of my nails. They drilled into them!

It was an okay experience overall. They charge extra £10 for any design, including french tips which I think is absurd.

I had been recommended this shop by colleagues but I’m not overly impressed with my BIAB, they’re quite uneven on the surface. Overall the shaping of my nails was good but I’m not sure I’d go back here unless I had to,
