The manicure was excellent - it’s been over a week and it hasn’t chipped at all. The salon has an extensive range of colours.
However, I had to wait almost half an hour to be seen despite having booked. I totally understand that salons get busy but the whole point of booking is to seen at that time.
I should note though that I was given a £5 voucher from the staff which I thought was a really nice gesture.
Despite the wait, I will be returning as the quality of the treatment was really great.

Hi
This is a lovely small salon but they could do a few things to improve the customer experience. Firstly, get a card machine! Not everyone has cash on them nowadays. Secondly, it would be nice if the nail technician smiled a bit or engaged slightly with the customer. I felt a bit ignored. However, the quality of the manicure was very good and they have a good range of colours. I will go again but hope to get a smile and a thank you!
