First time at this salon and had a lovely experience! Staff were so friendly and welcoming and I was seen to immediately. Thao was great, she took her time and asked me from time to time if I’m happy with the mani and pedi. Will definitely be going back!

The manicure was excellent - it’s been over a week and it hasn’t chipped at all. The salon has an extensive range of colours.
However, I had to wait almost half an hour to be seen despite having booked. I totally understand that salons get busy but the whole point of booking is to seen at that time.
I should note though that I was given a £5 voucher from the staff which I thought was a really nice gesture.
Despite the wait, I will be returning as the quality of the treatment was really great.
