Overall I was happy with my nails after my treatment. However, the staff were not very organised on appointments and had overbooked. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my nails done and while I was getting me treatment two other women came in with appointments and the staff told them they couldn’t take them in the end as it was too busy. There wasn’t great customer service given to these ladies, it was a simple ‘no’. The organisation of the salon and customer service needs to really be improved.
