I’m putting 2 stars overall due to the staff being nice and the place being really cosy. As for the blow dry I wouldn’t return. The blow dry dropped 20 minutes after getting it done (completely flat with no curls left) even when half a can of hair spray was sprayed on my hair. The blow dry was really rough, felt like my hair was being ripped / pulled out and felt uncomfortable. It took twice as long as anywhere else normally does as it was blow dried straight doing twists and movements with the brush when it could’ve just been blow dried normally. It’s a real shame as the staff were so lovely, as well as Dotty. I had a big work event and sadly had to rush home and do my roots and curls all over again myself. I’ve had my hair done a lot of times and the curls always last 4+ days and I’ve never had to use hairspray so this was really disappointing. Just not happy with what I paid for but really happy with the customer service so it’s a shame.
