Two ladies were waxing me at the same time which was a bit of a shock but I appreciated it because it got the waxing done quicker. The only thing that could have made the whole experience a bit better was if the receptionist was more welcoming. I felt like I was getting in the way of her day. Otherwise, the salon is nice, great price and the wax used was of good quality and didn’t leave me with spots which happens to me a lot. I think it’s honey wax that was used.

I’m not quite sure that I had a deep tissue massage - as I’ve had many before and the therapist seemed to do what she wanted. It was relaxing however her long nails were digging into me and I wasn’t asked what I wanted to focus on from the start. Very little time spent on the back.

I think this salon specialises in eyebrows, when I sat down the lady immediately said ‘next please’ with thread in her mouth. I had to explain I wasn’t there for that, and I wanted my nails done, although I booked an appointment I still waited for about 35mins. The staff were friendly but I was given about 45seconds to choose the colour I wanted. They were thorough, however never asked exactly what I wanted, they just assumed. I was happy with the result considering I only paid £10 however I wouldn’t go there again.
