I would not have found the venue without other people's helpful reviews pointing out that it actually is in the phone shop. But the treatment room is nice and tidy and the facial was done extremely well. No "I now put the mask on and leave you alone for 30 mins", instead very meticulous work (including extractions) and I got a very relaxing arm and neck massage while the mask was on.

I have been to many, many spas in London. Elise is without question the most professional, meticulous, impeccably-trained professional I've been to. Her attention to detail is incredible. Best pedicure I've ever had, and a perfect Brazilian (NO stray left behind!) Don't let the (small but immaculately clean) venue fool you. I will only go to her from now on.

Elise is really friendly and the traitement was exactly what I needed! I would suggest to Elise to work less in a rush, she could be more "soft". But the salon is nice, and Elise is a professional.

Very pleased to have discovered the lovely place you have created at the back of that shop. I pass it nearly everyday, but would have not suspected a little oasis to boost health and wellbeing.
The lymphatic drainage was very good for my complex health situation and certainly prefer that to some toxic medications. Will visit again surely. Many thanks and blessing to you.
