I made a mistake and booked the appointment for the wrong day, which I realised only after arriving to the salon and found it closed. When there I called the centre using the details on my booking and Elise, the owner of Good Hand explained centre is closed on Wed morning! Although it was my mistake she was so nice and useful! She suggested to wait as she was trying to come to the salon as soon as she could. I waited and it was one of the best choice: the whole experience was good and pain free. She makes you feel comfortable and is extremely attentive and clean at all the time. I will definitely come back. I've rated 4 stars for ambience only because she has moved to this premises only recently and she is still finishing up with details. I'm sure next time I go the salon will be completed and welcoming as Elise has been!
