Elise is lovely and friendly, but the wax wasn't as good as I remembered. Even though she went back over a few areas and used tweezers, there were still quite a few missed hairs and a lot just broken rather than pulled out at the root so they grew back very quickly. But would still recommend as good value and a lot better than some places.
