My first time here. Elise was friendly lady however I didn’t feel the same standard of care with my LVL. My eye lashes were not cleaned which did not feel especially hygienic before the treatment, and she was quite rough with the applications.

Really pleased with my last tint and lift. It was my first one and Elise talked me through the process.
It was a bit longer than what was listed on here (which I think said 45 mins) which is good for the treatment but it would have been good to know ahead of time as I had meetings planned.

The wax was really good - good quality thick wax and pain-free. But unfortunately, Elise seemed preoccupied with something. In between putting the wax on my skin she’d be incessantly texting for a good few minutes, leaving me lying there with the wax on. Not only is this rude but also unhygienic to be touching the phone then my skin. Usually, waxes take around 15 mins but this took 30 which is far too long.
