Very strange experience. A list of things that weren’t right including therapist being on her phone texting throughout the wax. Gap above the door in the private treatment room so everyone having treatments in the main room (men) can hear your conversation. Not a proper Brazilian (some hair which should have been removed has been left), wax far too hot, repeatedly, even though I pointed this out. Bright ceiling light shining directly in eyes. Would not recommend this salon for this treatment.

Good quality lash lift and nice environment. Was new to it so not sure of the different lifts available so would choose differently next time, but good quality nonetheless
