I would like to firstly say I booked the appointment in good faith of it actually being kept as I booked it online and this wasn’t case after I had finished work and made my way there upon my arrival they were closed as I got there early for the appointment I arrived at 18:17 for an appointment at 18:30. I would like my money back as soon as possible as when I went to cancel it stated I wouldn’t get my money back this is unacceptable and I had to spend more money than needed else where.

Took my 3 year old for his first haircut in a babershop and it went so much better than I had expected. Sue was originally booked to do his hair but one of the other guys (Unfortunately didn't get his name) did it and it was perfect. He was patient and made it a fun experience.
