Staff was lovely, very kind. I came to cover my greys. Left with redish roots :( I am light brown so it seems that my hair is really difficult to work with. It is the third time it happens to me unfortunately. But this time the red is so bad that i need to book another emergency appointment tomorrow to get rid of the color. I am very sad because the lady was very nice. Sorry!
