I booked a Balayage with haircut and blowdry. I showed what i wanted and okay fair enough my hair is probably stubborn so it’s hard to achieve the ash blonde. However it didn’t look like a balayage and it was more like a highlights which im not happy about hence i had to go to another salon to redo it.
Also, i’ve paid £135 already however I was charged another £30 after for the haircut and blowdry which was supposed to be included in the price that i booked. Really not happy with it at all!

Did shellac manicure there and nail polish started to peal after 5 days. Had an appointment next time, but when I came I was seated and told to wait for 45min because they doublebooked. Never again. Will also strongly discourage anyone I know to come there too.
